Michael holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
Co-Founder / Vice President
Pamela possesses over 25 years of experience delivering organizational development solutions that impact business value and promote effective work cultures.
Ms. Niedermeier holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Science.
