PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan for prioritizing and allocating resources to support sales

engineering solutions. 5 plus years experience managing pre and/or
post technical support groups. Prior experience with a start up company
preferred. Strong consulting and/or
business development experience with demonstrated success in developing
technical support teams. Experience with new and emerging WEB-Enabled
technologies. Preferred technical
experience including, but not limited to, PDM, CAD, and/or CAM.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree
